If you are involved in the motorsport or automotive industry, have competed yourself or are an enthusiast or fan of any aspect of the motoring world, there is a painting that can be created to capture a memory or successful event, or the moment that the cameras managed to miss! Any subject, motoring or otherwise can be created, such as landscapes, portraits, pets, buildings, wildlife, aviation or seascapes. Andrew's originals create a focal point wherever they are displayed and when presented, make a unique and never forgotten gift or award.
 
The painting can be composed to your requirements, or from suggestions from the artist when discussing the subject. From a smallest commission at 12 x 10ins to the largest to date at 55ft x 8ft, any size of painting can be undertaken. 
A quotation can be provided for all popular sizes or to your requested size at no obligation. The medium is acrylic painted on board or if preferred, oil on canvas and will be completed with a protective varnish finish. The artwork can be created with an alternative medium if required such as gouache or drawings created in pencil or in pen and ink.
 
Andrew has a vast archive of automotive reference material to call upon and contacts throughout the world to help source the information required. Therefore you can be assured that your chosen subject will be accurately depicted.
In addition, any personal photographs or other reference items that you feel may help and would be willing to loan, would be most welcome and will be returned with the finished painting. The Motor Sports Association and Bernie Ecclestone's office at FOM recognise the contribution Andrew's work has on the motor sport industry in general and as a result, he receives media accreditation from both organisations when required, to obtain the reference photographs and material he needs for his work.
 
 
Should the quotation be acceptable, a deposit will be required to confirm the commission, subject to the approval of a written agreement. Before painting, a sketch will be presented to confirm the composition and photographs will be provided for approval on completion. If necessary any minor alterations or additions can then be undertaken. Andrew Kitson originals are commissioned from clients around the world and are delivered in safe, strong, protective packaging by courier. The painting may also be delivered by Andrew in person should circumstances allow, for example at a race meeting or exhibition.
