1999 CART champion Juan Pablo Montoya winning around the streets of Long Beach in his
'Target Team Ganassi' Reynard-Honda.
Juan Pablo Montoya commissioned Andrew to paint no less than 17 originals of his title success, each one a different scene from the races he won on the way to the title, this being one of them.
The paintings were
all framed in an identical red moulding and presented by JPM to his team members at the first event in 2000 at Homestead.
Chip Ganassi, Mo Nunn and Tom Anderson
were among the recipients.
All were painted in acrylics
on board 20 x 15in (51 x 38cm).
